franco's place is exactly as described. Unfortunately we have used it less than expected due to family problems, but one day we will return to enjoy the beautiful garden and the beautiful house in a context of relaxation and tranquility. I recommend it to everyone

1000% one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Gaurika is lovely and I loved chatting with her. Maybe someday we will meet Everything was perfect, the house was amazing, the patio was wonderful for having a cocktail or coffee in the morning. Full size washer and dryer worked out amazing for us, and I loved that she had USB outlets in the bedrooms for charging your devices. I know this place isn’t in a major city, but it’s 30 minutes away from Asti and it’s quiet, quaint and completely private ….

Alessandro coordinated before our journey began, met us at the train station and gave us a ride...even carried my wife's suitcase up the stairs! We had a multi-week stay, so we made frequent use of the very well-equipped kitchen and clothes washer -- both excellent! Plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee and tea, and a welcome bottle of prosecco. Five minute walk to a grocery store, bakery, pastry shop, and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of the old town. Comfortable beds with plenty of spare bed linens and towels. Lots of room (3 rooms plus bath and kitchen). Two balconies. Nicely decorated with newer high quality cabinets and closets. Clothes iron, hair dryer, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso pod espresso machine, vacuum and cleaning supplies, and helpful tourist literature. We had a wonderful stay!
