The place is a little higher in the mountains in a larger clearing in the forest. Pro: Incredibly beautiful views down to the sea. Con: It takes some time to get to the coast, and it's a little colder than at sea level. If you're unlucky, you're in the clouds. If you are lucky, the sun shines, and then my has a fantastic and very well-kept garden where you can spend the whole day with a good book. The house is great! But what you should know: both large beds are on a gallery in the living room, which is again not separated from the kitchen. There is no door to close. There is a very small room with a small bed. So it's more like a couple with a child, or everyone goes to sleep at the same time and get up at the same time. We had a great time here, the hosts are super friendly, even sent us a forgotten e-reader to Germany. You shouldn't be afraid of very steep roads.

José was very helpful and always quick to respond. The house is in a super quiet area and can be reached via a good steep mountain road. The air conditioning heating worked well, this was very pleasant during the cooler evenings. All in all, it is a very nice spacious place, with a nice view and top if you want to stay in a quiet area!

Nice location, near restaurants and supermarkets, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great heated pool, the highlight of our stay. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue. The mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable ones.

Both the contact and the place were great. The accommodation was very well equipped. We were looking for peace and quiet and also found it. I would book the place again right away. The tips from the host were great and very helpful.

A cottage in a beautiful neighborhood on a hill. We felt right at home. There was literally everything, like a beach towel, umbrellas, and a hair curling iron. Great terrace with a view - it was nice to sit and relax in the evening. A very friendly and helpful owner, Angi, picked us up from the bus stop and led us to the house. Close to the main promenade, close to the harbor (we sailed to La Gomera) and to the beach. Actually there are a few beaches. The only downside ( not for us) is the fact that there are some stairs to the cottage, but a beautiful view. The house is on a hill ( I think a volcano). You can even go up ( above the house) and there is a beautiful view of the entire city. The next time we come, we'll be staying here, too.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Our hosts went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. They even came out to meet us when we arrived a bit later than expected, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommended!

Alexander’s house is a perfect place to spend your holidays on Tenerife island. The house is cozy and fully equipped with everything you may need. There is a parking place near the front door, big terrace and a balcony with ocean view, nice fireplace. There are two bedrooms in the house so it is a perfect place to stay for a family with 2 kids. Alexander’s mom lives nearby and she was very helpful during our stay.

We had a great stay. The finca is away from the crowds, but not far from the nice city Guia de Isora. The restaurants are in the walking distance and the beaches are around 25 min by car. Teide national park is also not far away. We really enjoyed the beautifull and well maintained garden. The communication with Sandra was very nice.

We loved this apartment it has all the things that you need, it´s in a quiet neighbourhood, just 3min walk to the grocery store, we could be in the sun from 9 am until sunset, lots of hiking trails, and plenty of good restaurants nearby, then it´s just 13 minutes by car to playa de Americas if you want some nightlife or more shop/restaurants We will definitely be back here

This is a great little apartment for exploring the area. Abona is super friendly and gave us some top tips for eating out and a super little beach location, which is not well known. Her partner came round to make sure all was ok and showed us where everything was. He brought a tortilla as well, which was delicious and very useful for days out! The tv has Netflix, Amazon etc and the living room is very comfortable. We lit a fire on two nights which made it super cosy. The decor is very tasteful and I would totally recommend this place.

Lovely home, very clean and private, perfect for our toddler to run around in the garden safely. Within walking distance to Los Silos with square, coffee etc. We didn’t have the best weather (be aware in the north!) but Pablo kindly provided us with a heater so we could stay warm in the evenings. A few people have commented on the busy road nearby - yes you can hear it but it didn’t really impact us.

The finca is somewhat located in the hills. A rustic house with all the essentials. The highlights were the many fruits we were allowed to enjoy, as well as the jacuzzi. Francisco was very warm and helpful. Despite the language barrier, communication worked well.

Just finished a wonderful week long stay at this stunning spacious villa. We were two families with two young babies and two older children and we had ample space for all 8 of us! Each bedroom is newly renovated with a large bathroom in each. The beds are super comfy and the entire villa spotless. Johannes is a fantastic host, very attentive and responsive to any issue within minutes and offering to come the same day to fix them! The kids loved the heated pool which we paid extra for the higher heat and the pool gate was so important with our toddler. We made use of the superb posh outdoor bbq and kitchen. All amenities are provided, which is a huge bonus as it makes the stay much less stressful especially on arrival. The location is quiet and peaceful. It is within 12 minutes in a car to the bustling Costa Adeje where all the restaurants are situated and a lovely beach for all day sunbathing and swimming. Thank you Johannes for hosting us and we hope to return in the future :-)

WISHLIST! The place is exceptional. Nothing to say. Even better than the photos. You can go there without a second thought. It sits in a very quiet location, with a beautiful view. It is far from mass tourism, so perfect for a quiet holiday. The accommodation is very clean, and very well equipped, you have everything you need at your disposal. We even had special touches when we arrived! The space is large, there is plenty of storage space. Brice is a very welcoming and flexible host. They'll explain everything you need to make your stay go smoothly. Brice was very kind to us. The hot tub is a big plus to enjoy after a big day. The garden is beautiful! The street parking space is located right across the street and is fine. Thank you Brice for this stay, we would definitely stay again.
