Apartment next to the beach, in a quiet and family-friendly area. It has 2 paddle tennis courts, an adult and children's pool, 2 parks and beautiful gardens. It is on the ground floor with no steps, porch and private garden, garage in the basement, elevators, etc. Punta Candor beach is 180m away (with lifeguard, bathrooms, beach bar, showers in summer) and Los Corrales beach is 300m away (with Buda Candor beach bar). There is pedestrian path between pine trees and bike path that leads to the center of Rota (2km away).

Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

This unique accommodation is unique and super exclusive, it borders the Coto Doñana (the so-called palos) in front of it in the distance you can see Sanlucar, Chipiona and Cádiz. Wonderful apartment, next to the Turuños Natural Park, in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, consists of a bedroom with a 150 bed and a sofa bed, full bathroom and separate kitchen, in a luxury development, beach 100m away. We have increased our strict cleaning and disinfection measures. Pool open from June 20 to September 18. Pets are not allowed.
