What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

Geweldig verblijf om met 9 vriendinnen te verblijven. Tram op wandelafstand alsook verschillende supermarkten. Het verwarmd zwembad en sauna was een grote meerwaarde.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

La estancia fue espectacular! Desde un principio, Pedro fue muy claro y atento, además de estar siempre dispuesto para responder todas nuestras dudas. Nos dio un gran recibimiento con fruta, café y lo mejor, un bizcocho casero BUENÍSIMO, todo cortesía de la casa. Por si fuera poco, la casa estaba perfectamente ordenada, tenía leña preparada en la chimenea, camas cómodas, toallas, todo lo necesario con un íntimo decorado que te hace sentir como en casa. Lo cierto es que acabamos de volver y estamos todos deseando tener una nueva oportunidad en verano para volver. Espectacular!

Dino’s lägenhet var fantastisk, bättre än på bilderna. Ett otroligt vackert hem, där allt och lite till fanns för en perfekt vistelse. Ett superfint mottagande på plats med visning av boende och rekommendationer om när området. En välkomnande av världsklass med förfriskningar på kyl. Alltid snabb att svara, och hjälpte oss med allt vi fråga om. Vi rekommenderar Dino”s värdskap och lägenhet varmt, och vi återvänder gärna.

BRILLIANT STAY, stop looking and book this 😊 Lots to highlight about this apartment and the host Agustin. From beginning to end it was faultless. On meeting, Agustin showed us around and explained everything, he really took his time and gave us some really good recommendations for places to visit and where eat. The location was great, easy walking access to the city centre, market and beach front. With one of the tram station just outside the front of the building and lots of bus stops nearby, moving around was so easy and really cheap transport too. The apartment, was really clean and had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was very spacious. We didn’t think we would use the washer and dryer and yet they came so handy. Agustin was really attentive of all of us until the very end and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back. Thanks Agustin

We had a great stay at Manuel’s apartment, the view is fabulous and definitely worth the climb of the stairs. We stayed without a car, we are happy walking and got a taxi back from the larger supermarket the walk to town is about 35 minutes and is a beautiful walk along the promenade. It is definitely worth walking to the bus station and going in to Alicante, it’s just 2 euro 75 and is every hour. The flat had everything that we needed, the coffee pods and beer on arrival were lovely touches. We would definitely return.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! Superbe séjour avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Tout est parfait dans le logement et l’hôte a toujours parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Le seul bémol a été la rue passante devant le logement nous nous y attendions pas et comme nous vivons à la campagne il a fallu s’habituer au bruit mais cela n’a en rien affecté notre séjour qui a été parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité du tram très pratique. Enfin merci d’avoir été aussi réactif à nos demandes ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

Une très belle maison, et surtout un extérieur avec une vue à couper le souffle! La vue sur la mer est présente partout, que ce soit dans les pièces de la maison ou sur chaque terrasse. Extraordinaire! Niveau équipement c'est parfois un peu léger quand on est nombreux (couverts/vaisselle)..

Großartige Unterkunft mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir als Familie haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Vom Whirpool bis Pool es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Outdoor Küche nutzen wir fast täglich. Grandiose Laufmöglichkeiten mit dem Hund rund ums Haus. Wir waren zusätzlich in Almeria, Wandern in Lorena’s Bar und am Strand von Puerto Rey. Sin ningúna duda volvería a ir a la casa ,las fotos no hacen realidad de lo que realmente es ,una casa súper espaciosa,con todo de primera calidad , colchones super comos y sobre todo la atención de Juana de 10,super atenta y flexible en todo momento,sin ninguna duda cuando vaya a la zona hablaré con Juan

Una MARAVILLA. Gran finde semana con la familia en una finca con espacios grandes, muy cuidados, animalitos y muchas cosas para los más pequeños. es súper recomendable. Josefa y Natalia tuvieron conmigo un trato muy fluido. tanto por aquí como por teléfono y ha sido un acierto pasar aquí esta semana santa. Asesorandonos con supermercados, sitios de comidas, panaderias siempre muy amables. si buscas una casa grande y bonita pero con diferentes estancias está sin duda es la finca que buscas. zona de niños, varias cocinas, muchas neveras, 2 barbacoas, 4 cafeteras, tobogán, columpio, cama elástica, animalitos, piscina, etc. Sólo me queda daros las gracias de parte de toda mi familia Nos hemos sentido como en casa. 1 abrazo muy fuerte

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

fabulous villa in a lovely community of other villas. Lots of outside spaces to sit and relax. The welcome pack Carrie gives was a surprise but very welcome and appreciated. We didn't want to leave and would definitely return.
