Ground floor apartment, completely renovated in 2020, very bright. Large bedroom with air conditioning, USB plugs and large built-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with large shower tray. Kitchen with all appliances, crockery, kitchenware, and toaster. Large living room with sofa bed and air conditioning. Parking for residents, and pedestrian access to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants and the natural park where you can walk or play sports.
