The villa is located in a heavenly place between the sea and the mountains. There is a huge forest 500 meters away for those who like hiking. The terrace is very large with a pergola and barbecue, the pool is 9x4.5. Beautiful ocean views from the house, and a solarium with more views. Beaches 3km, 4km away, shops 3km away. Bars and restaurants 1 km away. Ideal for families looking for tranquility. Suitable for remote work with a 50mg wifi that can be used at 100mg. Very comfortable even in winter with a pellet fireplace.

Really nice typically spanish house with private pool, 3 bedrooms (one matrimonial bed, two single beds, 1 convertible sofa in the 3rd bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one of which is private to the parent bedroom), kitchen, living space, terrace, private parking and garden. Close to the sea (which is visible from the house) and amazing beaches with cristal water. Next to the pool a pergola will bring you freshness and sun protection while the rest of family will enjoy the pool and sunbeds.

Op loopafstand van het strandstrand en uitgaansgelegenheden maar niet midden in de drukte.
