Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

It was great. It was just as described and in the photos. Beach access can't be beat. Parking. Diego was always available and attentive to everything. He resolved all our doubts. The welcome was magnificent with details upon arrival. I loved it. We'll definitely be back.

we were very comfortable, it is a spacious apartment, clean and the beds are very comfortable, the only thing I didn't like is that I booked in June and until we arrived it didn't tell us that we could only use the communal pool until September 8th. As for everything else, perfect.

Antonio the host was very attentive, there was very good communication and we were able to get in earlier and leave later. Everything was perfectly,better than the pictures and super clean. There was everything you need and it was very well located and quiet. I would recommend this place to everyone both for the apartment and the host.

Everything is correct as advertised. We were so comfortable, right at home. The apartment and the urbanization itself very comfortable and cared for. We repeat.

We had a relaxing week at Tiago's apartment in Tavira. The apartment is in a holiday complex, there is a swimming pool and you can also eat there for a fee. But we used the fully equipped kitchen to cook something delicious and end the evening later on the terrace. There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, to Tavira you can drive about 15 minutes by car. The surroundings were very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.

This apartment is exactly as described, spotless and quite modern. Just a skip from the ocean and a very quiet neighborhood was perfect for us to explore the Donana National Park. When the coffee machine stopped working, Iryna was very responsive and we got a replacement within the hour. Very happy with this place and can recommend.

We had a very very nice stay at the apartment, which we liked by first view: Clear, nice views and terrasses (yes, 2 and a third common on the roof!!), lots of space we could use for making body exercises and dancing... We like Olhao from earlier stays... so much to do and see, nice cities and lonely beaches on the islands easy to reach by cheap ferries. And maria was very kind expecting us and showing everything. She even made a second key for us, so that we could move independently when needed. Very kind host! Thanks for everything!

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to minor issues. The apartment is big enough but a little cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

We have been a week and we felt at home, the accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days, kitchen with utensils, coffee maker, hair dryer, blankets, games, etc. Everything was super clean and details like gel and soap in the bathrooms, trash bags, cleaning products, so we didn't miss anything, a wonder.

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for our needs, providing easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was beautifully laid out and incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our holiday. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything was spotless upon our arrival, which made us feel right at home. We appreciated having all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Getting around was a breeze, with affordable Uber rides to the beach, or we could simply take a pleasant walk. Emma, our host, was incredibly responsive and checked in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a memorable holiday and would absolutely return to this lovely house. A lovely place to stay. Plenty of room. Gail was very helpful. The pool was lovely. Being five minutes walk from the promenade was great. The water taxi to the beach area is very frequent - never waiting more than a minute. Would have no hesitation recommending Gail’s place to others.

Beautiful and relaxing. We stayed here for the fourth year in a row and enjoyed it very much again. Fatima and Tiago are great hosts and very warm people.

Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

The apartment was perfect for a stay with our 8 month old, had 2 bedrooms, high chair and even some toys which he enjoyed! The pools were lovely, and the ability to walk to lots of places to eat and drink was great, also lots of takeaway options on Uber eats! Made our evenings nice and relaxing after the baby went to bed. You had to take a boat to the beach, which with a baby was a bit daunting, but when you got there it was very well set up with a board walk for the buggy the whole way to the sun beds basically The stairs down to the apartment were a bit annoying with the buggy, would have been handy to exit the apartments at the gate we could clearly see at the end of our row of apartments, but not too much of a problem Nice to have the place cleaned half way through, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d want
