House located in the heart of Santa Luiza, just a few steps from the pier where the boats that take you to Terra Estreita beach are located. It is close to local houses, so those who stay in it have the opportunity to live with the residents and the culture of the peaceful place. Air-conditioned, it is ideal for every season of the year.
