This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Beautiful townhouse in Ayamonte. Located in a quiet residential area. A two-minute walk to grocery stores, cafes, pharmacy, church, etc. 700 m from the centre and 4 km from the beaches. Large 250 m private garden with lawn, trees, patio and recreation area with barbecue, sun loungers... under the shade of the wisteria. Access from the street and private garage. Recently renovated, brand new. Decorated with great care. Pets are welcome.

Little Blue House

The small renovated house near Alcoutim is located in a small village on the river Guadian. Enjoy the hill and river landscape in the beautiful hinterland of the Ostalgarve. Make extensive hikes and get to know the Portuguese southeast. The beautiful beaches of the Sandalgarve can be reached in 30 minutes, Alcoutim is 6 km away and has a wonderful river beach as well as some restaurants. Enjoy the tranquility away from mass tourism.
