In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to Seußlitzer Castle; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our property; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house lies with magnificent views from the sun terrace. The house includes 1,200 sqm of natural garden, which is completely fenced. Here you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrel, the Milan at noon, deer in the evening or the chewing at night. For nature observation, squirrel feed, binoculars and wildlife camera are used.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Central & quiet, 1 km to the Meisterhäuser

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach deinem Ausflug kannst du dich ausgiebig entspannen. Das großzügige und hochwertige Apartment ist ruhig gelegen. Lade deinen Akku wieder auf und nutze die eigene Sauna oder schaue deine Lieblingsserie auf Netflix.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
