Monthly Rentals in Cotati

My stay in Petaluma was wonderful. Ailish is a responsive and very friendly host. I loved being in the country and away from the noise of the city for sleeping, yet everything I wanted to do was a short drive away from the house.

Nice comfy 1 bdrm apt. I did appreciate the laundry room being a few steps away. Laundry tip: bring disinfectant wipes as I habitually wipe down public machines before loading. Also, be sure to download the pay range app, as these machines don’t take coins. Shower had great water pressure. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot a few steps from the unit. Will be staying here as often as I can for work. Host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating with my wishes😉

This was a wonderful getaway spot. The place was clean, full of amenities, and spacious. We had 10 people comfortably sleep and stay with us and the kitchen had so many available appliances to use to make pretty much anything we wanted. 10/10 would recommend, great price for the weekend!

We enjoyed two nights at Kathy's and used it as a home base for visiting wineries and the coast. It's a private and comfortable space, and Kathy let us use the kitchen and her relaxing outdoor patio for eating our breakfast. Thanks!
