Independent 18 m² studio, next to our house, located a 15-minute walk from the city centre. There are also restaurants, a cinema and a supermarket within easy reach of the property. Independent entrance from the street, with a terrace area set up to enjoy the good weather. We also keep small, long-eared animals who will be delighted to welcome you. Please feel free to approach them; they are curious and love being petted.
