It is only 150 m to the house beach. The scent and sound of the sea surround the house and make it very special.

The gite is a 5 minute drive to Omaha beach and 15 minutes walk. Option to visit the 'Galerie d'Aure et d'Arts', which is located on the property. Etienne is delighted to host you in a rare little corner of paradise. Direct access to the sea! South-facing terrace in exotic wood, perfect for outdoor dining and aperitifs. You will stay in a modern 150 m2 house with a sea view of Landemer Cove, a small secret harbor of wild Cotentin. Three steps literally separate you from the ideally exposed beach. The most timid can bask in a private sandy corner.
