The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

Hydrangea Cottage was built using traditional techniques by a local artisan in 2016. Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Close to must see destinations such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes and the Normandy Beaches and war Memorials it is ideally located to explore everything that's on offer in this area of Brittany and Normandy.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Autumn is here with its palette of golden, purple and brown colors: come and discover the Pays d'Auge and CLAQUE PEPINS, which can accommodate 4 people in the heart of a vast garden. A green path conducive to walks, borders the house. Bicycles are available for rent. The nearest shops are 2 km away in St Julien le Faucon. Livarot is 10 km away, Lisieux is 15 km away and 40 km separate us from Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville. The D-Day landing beaches are 70 km away
