The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.
