The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

The house is very clean, equipped with all the essentials and well-located to radiate to discover the emblematic sites of the emerald coast. We stayed for a few days at Catherine's place. The listing description complies with the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house. Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Ideal for our stay in the area, it is a very warm accommodation located in a very quiet environment. Our host was welcoming and considerate, met all of our expectations.

Listing as described , in a quiet environment and close to a golf course. Several walks nearby and the sea accessible without taking his car. Accommodation to book without hesitation.

We stayed as 6 adults, 3 babies and 2 dogs, everything went very well. The accommodation was nicely decorated for Christmas, clean and enough space for everyone, we didn't miss anything. Thanks again to our host who was responsive and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

we had a lovely stay at Frédéric and Rozenn's place very warm welcome, Frédéric took the time to introduce us to the accommodation. ideally located accommodation, close to the beach and path. close to places of discovery ( Paimpol, Bréhat ...etc). green and bucolic environment. I would recommend it without a second thought!
