Single-story house, located in a small subdivision, quiet and relaxing. The bedroom is located on the furnished floor of the house, and linked to separate toilet and bathroom. Very well-equipped chalet with terrace and pergola on the edge of Lake Guerledan in a private and secure estate. Lake beach 100 metres away. Tranquility assured. Minimum 3 night booking in July & August. Pets allowed but kept on a lead. The electricity is on top, in autumn and winter possibility of providing sheets with supplement.
