With most, if not all of the Cotswolds most sought after pubs, restaurants, and tourist locations close by, and beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. North leach town is just a three minute drive away. The barn is open plan, spacious, also super cosy, and perfect for a countryside Cotswold getaway! It is quiet, and simply magical!

Downstairs there is a well equipped modern Kitchen, a Cloakroom and a Living room leading into a spacious new Orangery. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a King size bed. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. Outside there is parking space for several cars and at the front of the house there is a terrace leading onto an open garden

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

We are ideally located for discovering the many beautiful Cotswold villages as well as within easy reach of Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. The Priest House is situated in the garden of our home on the edge of the village, next to the beautiful Saxon Church of St Andrews. We are only 1.5 miles from the popular wedding venue of Cripps Barn. The cottage sleeps 2 people in one bedroom. It is ideal for a romantic getaway or just a well earned rest! The accommodation in under the tiled roof, the thatched end is a home office. The garden is for your use only, but we will occasionally need to walk through to get to the office.
