Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.
