La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

You will appreciate this 155 m2 cottage for 6/8 people located in the countryside 5 minutes from Périgueux city center. In the spacious hall of the air-conditioned floor: Three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, a sofa bed in the hall can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor: A living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and wood stove bring a warm atmosphere to this room. Afternoon swimming (private pool) and barbecue evenings are yours to enjoy.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
