A 10-minute drive from Courmayeur, the conservative renovation of this "Antica Baita" gives a unique and exclusive space. Independent hut on three sides in a sunny village. Accommodation in two floors. Parking in front of the house, convenient and free. Ground floor: entrance, double room with wood stove and bathroom. First Floor: bright and panoramic living room with kitchen, working wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, large windows and two balconies with open views of the valley and mountains.

Titou is located at 2165 meters above sea level, in the narrow valley in front of the Grand Argentier, GR5, after Val Frejus and above the washhouse; Natura 2000 Park. Superb hikes to do but not only that... beautiful place for nature lovers, in the company of marmots, among others... Beautiful photos to take, streams for fishing lovers, recharge your batteries in a peaceful and unique place. Return to simplicity for a week and live timelessly from June to September.

Tavernes gîte cabin and outdoor spa

Spend a quiet night in the forest after a moment of relaxation in the outdoor SPA and then wake up facing the snow-capped peaks! Finally, go skiing or hiking after your breakfast! The rate includes overnight stay, breakfast for 2 people and private use of the SPA for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, either from 6 pm to 7:30 pm or after 9 pm. The adjoining gîte offers dinner by reservation and for an additional fee. The toilets are located in the main cottage.

Small renovated and comfortable hut-style chalet, located in an exceptional setting, at the top of a snow-cleared road, 1,300 m above sea level, in the heart of the mountain pastures, in the Aravis mountain range, with a magnificent view of the mountains. Lovers of calm and wide open spaces, this is an ideal base for hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring. But it's also the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

Stephen's mazot in Chamonix

Stephen's Mazot is a cosy wooden retreat, a small chalet (20sqm) set in a peaceful garden. Enjoy incredible views of Mont Blanc from the balcony and the luscious garden, which surrounds this unique getaway. In winter you can walk up to the main Chamonix lift (10 mins in ski boots) for skiing on the Brévent, or take the ski bus from here to the other ski areas. In summer there are some amazing hikes straight from this small chalet to the Brévent.

Restored makeshift refuge in respect of its original vocation, this vineyard house and its restanque garden invite contemplation, and the experience of a green night by offering rustic comfort with its dry toilet and outdoor solar shower. An ideal base for mountain practicing, alone or as a couple, enthusiast of unusual and anxious to give meaning to its passage through these lands imbued with history and nature.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Renovated old mazot

In the CHAMONIX valley, above the village of Les Houches, at the edge of the Aillouds ski slope, we restored, on 2 levels, an old grain mazot. Ideally located, it overlooks the valley and offers breathtaking views of Mont Maudit, all the way to the Fiz range. In summer, located close to the Mont Blanc tour itinerary, this mazot gives access to many hikes and in winter you can leave and return ski-in/ski-out.
