Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Recently renovated, come and spend an atypical stay in our family water mill in the heart of the Sarthe countryside. Ideal for a weekend or family vacation. Enjoy an immersion in nature thanks to the large bay windows of the living rooms and the river flowing under the house and surrounding the garden. With its 5 bedrooms, spacious and friendly living areas, a large wooded garden, a wellness area (jacuzzi and sauna), everything is combined for a relaxing stay.

Charming cottage in the vineyards overlooking the valley

Beautiful gîte located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest to stroll and observe the animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
