Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Happy days in Croissy, close to Paris

2-room apartment with entrance, equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet (43 m2), COMPLETELY RENOVATED. 3rd and last floor, not overlooked (no elevator). Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

Many appliances available: kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine etc. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. Easy parking for vehicles on the street. The Champs Elysée is 1h20 away by bus and train. Shuttle buses can be reached from Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport to Cergy in 1h00. Access to the Olympic Stadium: 1 h20 by bus and train.

This spacious, completely independent apartment is located on the garden level of a beautiful bourgeois house. Come and enjoy this place a stone's throw from the Seine, very close to Vexin, 30 minutes by car from Versailles and 45 minutes from Paris. A few steps from the IFFP (French Institute of Psychocorporeal Training). Triel station 5 minutes by car. Town center 10 min walk (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, hairdresser etc.)

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building on a very quiet street. It was refurbished in 2023 by a famous architect and therefore very well arranged with very high-end amenities. You will be like in a hotel suite with the charm of a real Parisian home.

Full apartment of 41 m2, in a small 2-story building. The neighborhood is very quiet. Parking is available very easily. Vaureal is about 10 minutes from Cergy and about 40 minutes from central Paris (by transport) Close to shops (restaurants, bakery, Intermarché, Le Forum, Coeur de Ville...) and transport, the RER station of Cergy-le-Haut is 5 minutes by bus. NO SMOKING. Very well-equipped. Everything has been renovated.
