Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

The Caillotte

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located on the edge of the Caillotte with a view of the Canal Bridge. Located on the 2nd floor of a building, it consists of two bright and cozy bedrooms, a warm living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. A laundry room on the ground floor consists of a washing machine with a location for your bikes. You access the accommodation with a key box that is located towards the door of the accommodation.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. At the foot of the forest, take a nice walk to the ponds and come back to bask in the beautiful evening light and a great view of horses and nature. Many activities nearby await you for adults (visit to wine cellars, champagne, etc.) and for the youngest (discovery of goats and alpacas, tree climbing for example).

Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

" Vallières " is a small country village situated in champagne and on the outskirts of Burgundy. A long driveway lined with fruit trees will give you the chance to discover the warm little house awaiting you. You will then have to push the door to drop off your luggage and you let go along with your stay.....
