Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. The Bidou

Studio created in a semi-underground basement made of recycled materials and a new sofa bed Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway line. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are always welcome. However, we prefer that they are not left alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We have invested a lot of time and money to offer you a cosy little nest.
