Monthly Rentals in Cow Key Channel

This is our second time staying in one of Jenna’s properties and it was just as amazing as the first. Beautiful decorated and simple, great location, and extremely responsive (we messaged her asking for a small table and she has someone come by with one by the end of the day).

The studio is in a great location on a quiet street but easily walkable to any part of Old Town. This unit is small but well appointed. Julie provides everything you might need from tasty snacks to an umbrella. We had a great time in Key West! Thanks Julie!

This place is fantastic. Great price, for a clean and quiet vacation. The house is great and the neighborhood is nice. Everyone at avant- stay went out of their way to help accommodate us. We had to extend our stay twice and they made it so easy. They kept the price and did not try to gouge us. I would highly recommend this home or any house that avant stay manages.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, music venues, museums, beaches, etc. We chose NOT to rent bikes or golf carts, and we had a vehicle but rarely needed it. We found the noise level of Key West to be a bit much for us. This had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with Leva or the cottage, but rather the vibe of Key West with unmuffled motorcycles and the flight path to the airport. That said, the bedroom of the cottage was very quiet, especially at night. I’ve would highly recommend this location if you want to be in Old Town Key West.
