On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining kitchen with wood stove, intimate living room with sofas, TV, fireplace. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Garden with privacy and BBQ. Ample parking space. No groups of young people, parties allowed. Cash to be paid per person per night, 1.50 euro tourist tax to be paid on departure.

A cozy place in a green area, lots of nature preserves in walking distance. A fully functional kitchen and a private garden, perfect for outdoor breakfast or barbecues. The bathroom is small but does the job. Total sleeping capacity is 8. (1x boxspring, 2x single bed, 1x bunk-bed, 1x sleeping sofa) 6 people is recommended. Best suited for people who are looking for a quiet place with a beautiful surrounding. All of this gives opportunities for a relaxed, sporty, cozy or romantic holiday.

Let op: de tuin waarin ons guesthouse staat, deel je met ons als bewoners. Parkeren kan op onze oprit, inclusief laadfaciliteiten voor elektrische auto.

Beautiful guest house with Moroccan accents is behind the family house with its own entrance and a lot of privacy in a beautiful garden with its own terrace. Very complete kitchen where you can sit with up to 12 people. In an outbuilding is the (free) wellness with sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. Rural location in the village center of Leenderstrijp. Shop and cafe 150 meters away, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Lovely rural house with view and garden

The house can be used independently and offers all comforts. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, combi microwave and induction cooktop. The cozy kitchen table invites you to eat or play a game. In the living room, you can sit comfortably on the spacious sofa or a nice armchair. The smart TV gives you plenty of channels or the internet. The spacious bathroom has a wellness feeling with bath and shower. Bedding, a set of towels, bicycles and baby bed included.

It runs on the Belgian-Limburg municipality of Hamont-Achel and the Dutch-Limburg municipality of Weert.
