We had a great stay with Silvia. Silvia is so open and really makes you feel like home. Silvia has thought of all the details and helps you with everything. The town is super idyllic as well as the view with a nice breakfast prepared by Silvia in the garden. Occasionally you will be greeted by the lovely dog who is staying above the apartment. In short, this is in my top three best Airbnb stays. Silvia, thank you and we'd love to come back❤️.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's! The photos don't do the place justice, which is absolutely amazing. The large bedrooms have huge beds, the bathrooms are great, and I'm not talking about the outside. Multiple touches for us. The accommodation is well located for exploring. Our favorite for the beaches was the communal beach of Osmate, a gem! And the El Fogador River. The environment is a bit noisy during the day with the airport, highway and railway track (but our children were fascinated by the planes passing by!), but it's quiet at night. Thank you for everything, Monica!

Very nice stay, in this family home, Paul was very responsive to our questions before departure. The house was clean, spacious, we were lucky enough to have the sun, we had all our meals under the gazebo. The equipment was as described, we prepared several meals without any problem. Parking lots were close by to park cars and motorcycles. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we were able to quickly get to the city center to take the boat to visit the islands. We were 12 adults. Thanks to Paul for his kindness.

We don’t know where to start!!! This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced! Perfect doesn’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived it was beyond our expectations. Giulia was like our own personal concierge, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We celebrated our anniversary, she and Carlotta prepared the most perfect private meal for us! From check-in to checkout, it was the most special experience ever! All we have to say is tears were shed when we left….we will be back very soon! Thank you Giulia , Carlotta and family for everything!!!

A piece of paradise… I’ve travelled extensively and I can say that the view here is the best ever. Absolutely worth the trip up the mountain to be rewarded with this…..Truly mesmerizing and spectacular outdoor experience. Communication was great, in the house you have everything you need and we were very comfortable. The owners live in the adjacent property, so were always available with local advise and kindly booked us a restaurant for our first night. Highly recommend

We enjoyed this house very much. The house corresponds to the description and the photos. It is very comfortable. The equipment is basic but everything very tasteful and likeable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. You definitely feel comfortable in the house! The terrace is special with its views of the lake and surrounding mountains. You can also be well in the garden, which is also completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The village of Sueglio is beautiful, the inhabitants are very friendly. You can also take some nice walks in the area on foot, but everything is on the slope, it's always uphill! It takes about 15-20 minutes by car down to the lake to Dervio. Walking is not really possible because of the height difference. Unfortunately, we did not meet Resy and Luciana personally. However, they responded to all our questions by email and also gave themselves good tips during our stay.

The villa is very beautiful! We were in a great location, and it was very easy to get around without a car. There are several swimming spots only a few minutes away, and it was easy to travel by ferry. Johannes was very responsive and gave us a lot of great recommendations. It is two separate units, so we had one group on the first floor and the other on the 3rd, but the apartments were clean and spacious.

Lovely and unique, really authentic villa at a beautiful neighborhood. Martha is a great host, we had a really nice time there. Can’t wait to go again.

There were housekeepers on site who were always available and helped us immediately with any problems. They were super lovely and very helpful. You can't drive up to the house with a big camper, but we were able to park it further down, which was still on the property. Normal cars are no problem. Very well maintained house and grounds. Each room has its own bathroom. Everything is super well equipped. Hairdryer, lots of bath towels, good kitchen equipment (lower kitchen has a lot more) and the massage chair is a dream. Simply perfect. We enjoyed it very much!

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

We had an amazing stay at this place. It was more than big enough for a group of 10. Amazing bathrooms all located close to bedrooms. It was clean and welcoming. The hosts were amazing too, so responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for our stay - thank you so much!!

it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

Very nice and modern equipped house. In addition, a large property with a lot of privacy. The house is located on the mountain, if you are good on foot, you can walk to Menaggio in about 30 minutes. Otherwise, you have to use your car or the bus. We were completely satisfied

The space is overwhelming because of the location. Everything went well. You could always write to the landlady and she helped in a timely manner.
