Charming home close to NYC & NY state. Access to first floor, basement (Washer & Dryer access) and backyard (has gas grill) only - No 2nd fl access. Backyard is fully fenced in which is ideal if you are traveling with your dog. Please no cats. Central A/C & heat. Great restaurants in and around town and in close proximity to NYC (9 Miles to NYC) by car. Playground within walking distance. You will be held responsible for any damage.

Everything was very clean, she placed water bottles and plenty of Kcups for coffee/tea in the room, and we were allowed to use her kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner.
