This was built new in spring of 2025 and ready for your up north experience. Just 3 miles from Bellaire, 6 miles from Schuss Mountain for golf and skiing. 45 minutes from Traverse City and Petoskey. The perfect launching point for all NW Michigan has to offer.

Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. SUMMER PRICING REDUCTION: Please note that the summer pricing has been reduced by 20 percent due to High Lake Levels, which have restricted use of the dock, the yard and the "She Shed". The typical price per night in the summer is $550 per night and is now reduced to $440 per night. In addition, there is no restriction on the number of nights that you must book.
