For a time of simple happiness!

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed prepared on request, a shower, a toilet and a dining room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a mini-oven, no gas stove. The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes' walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom. A TV area with sofa.
