The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Come and enjoy a sun-drenched terrace and a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. 10 minutes from the slopes and 15 minutes from the lake. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children because the staircase has no protection. Ideal for romantic getaways or hiking enthusiasts (GR50)
