The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

You will be quiet and ideally located less than 5 minutes drive to the "Crots Beach" on Lake Serre-Ponçon, 20 minutes from the Orres resort and 5 minutes from Embrun. Close to all the water activities of Lake Serre-Ponçon, mountain sports and the Durance.
