Driveway with parking for 2 cars & a garage with plenty of room to store surfboards & bikes. A pretty paved garden with coastal grasses & seating for 6 on warm evenings.

Sited by a stream, on a working organic dairy farm, with countryside views. Peaceful location but central to the surfing beaches, pubs and south west coast path. Wood burning hot tub for relaxing in after walking/surfing at local beaches . An ideal countryside escape from the stress of work or for a romantic short break or mini-moon.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
