The Villa has wonderful 5 bedrooms with panoramic Seaview, each has own bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a barbecue, private parking for 5cars.

Our private villa is situated on the waterfront with direct access to the sea where you can snorkel, dive and enjoy the coral reef in front of the house. It is surrounded by 10.000 m2 private land filled with botanical plants and trees, with beautiful view, if you're lucky you can see dolphins from the porch! The villa features a large seaside terrace with lounge beds and hammocks were you can relax overlooking the sea enjoying completely in the private atmosphere with you family or friends.

The Garden Studio

Just 300m from the sparkling Adriatic, this cozy garden studio is your perfect seaside hideout. Wake to birdsong and enjoy morning coffee in the garden, then stroll to beach bars or swim spots via a secret path. Freshly painted in calming tones, it features a peaceful bedroom with a king-size bed, fully equipped self-catering kitchen, private patio, and washing machine. In the evening, enjoy a meal/BBQ in the peaceful garden. Solo escape or low-key getaway—relax and enjoy laid-back vibes.

Park Riviera Adria Blue Seaside

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

The house is 200 m away from the center, 200m from the store, 5,000m from the sea, 200 m away from the restaurant, the doctor is 300 m away, the pharmacy is 300 m away.
