Completely refurbished studio at the exit of Terrasson Lavilledieu in a quiet and soothing setting. Ideal for unwinding without being far from amenities. The city is only 3 kilometers away. This accommodation has a fully equipped and functional kitchen for long stays. There is a 140 by 200 mezzanine bed and a sofa bed that converts into a queen size bed as well. I don't accept pets.

Pleasant cottage in the countryside with pool

We rent our cottage located in a small village, Cublac. Shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, restaurants etc). We are located 5 minutes from Terrasson Lavilledieu, 20 minutes from Montignac (24), 30 minutes from Sarlat (24), 15 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde (19)… We live in the house next door year-round. On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
