Elegant home with amazing views

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Beaches 10 minutes walk (Codice IUN Q0352)

By choosing this place you will be close to the most fascinating beaches of Alghero at 5/10 minutes walk. The old town is at 30/40 minutes by walk and 5/10 minutes by car or public transport. These beaches, with their high dunes of white sand and almost transparent water (Baia dei Venti, Maria Pia, La Conchiglia), are unique in Alghero for having a Pine tree forest that separates them from streets and traffic and which provides a nice shade from the heat of the sun.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

The apartment is a cozy two-room apartment of 60 square meters, modernly furnished and equipped. It is on the THIRD FLOOR of a building, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and air conditioners. It is located 50 meters from the sea and a short walk from the historic center.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

New apartment with private porch and a splendid view of the garden. A double bedroom with wardrobe, main bathroom with double shower, toilet, large living area with kitchenette. Design furnishings with a few touches of Sardinian furniture and craftsmanship. The residence is surrounded by greenery just 10 minutes from the city center, close to the main services and beaches, but at the same time away from traffic and noise.

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
