Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Sa Canistedda is located in the countryside, just 3 km from the sea. It offers two small adjoining apartments - with separate entrances - and large outdoor spaces with a splendid view of Montiferru and the west coast of Sardinia. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The two studios - Sa corbe and Su chiliru - can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. They are equipped with a panoramic veranda and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

The town of Cuglieri is just a 10-minute drive from the sea and 10 minutes from the mountains and enjoys a cool and ventilated climate. It has a territory rich in scenic and historical beauty and is an excellent base camp for daily tours north to reach Bosa and Alghero or south to visit Sinis, or visit the territory of Montiferru and discover its pearls: the Arch of S'Archittu, the Bay of Santa Caterina, the immense beach of Sas Renas.

The holiday apartment Sunshine is only a few steps away from the beautiful beach Maria Pia and offers a wonderful view of the lagoon. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with a lift to the 2nd floor, after which you have to walk) and consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (for one person) as well as a sleeping area separated by a sliding panel with a comfortable double sofa bed and a panoramic window.
