Stay in a charming stone house in the heart of Scano di Montiferro, close to the sea, natural and archaeological sites, and Bosa and Oristano. The house is arranged on three levels: Living room entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with French bed (140 cm), large bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, a bathroom, and if necessary, a second kitchen. The house is completed by a large terrace on the second and top floor

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Large 120 sqm apartment in the historic centre of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the art deco spirit of the time. The palace was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.
