We had a great time at the cabin, it was exactly as described and really looked idyllic in the snow. We‘re already planning to come back again in Summer! David’s communications in the run up to the trip were super helpful, and he got back to us quickly when we had questions even on Christmas Day! Would highly recommend for a beautiful peaceful getaway in Maine. Thanks so much, we‘ll be back!

This is a perfect spot for people who want the camping experience with none of the hassle. A luxurious tent on a platform is already set up for you, firewood is provided, there is a hygenic bathroom a short walk away, and you can drive right up to the campsite. My friend and I had a wonderful evening at the campfire in complete privacy in the forest. Cathy and Dave's farm also has a wonderful self-service shop where you can buy honey, jam, more firewood, and farm-fresh eggs. Thank you Cathy and Dave!

Such a fun experience! The disc golf course was so much for to walk, we did it twice! The stars at night were breath taking and the cabins were so cozy. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, and the area felt very private. We would definitely go back!

Thank you for a great couple of days in Portland! The house is close to everything while still being far enough away to unwind. We loved coming back from dinner and ending the night in the pool/hot tub. And our dog loved the fenced in backyard; he finally got the hang of the doggie door on the last day :). Thanks to Alexa for being super responsive and providing some great local recommendations!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. The surrounding area was beautiful and the view of the lake was spectacular. The house had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

our stay at Marks place was awesome. you can't get any closer to the water than this place. step out the door and your in the lake. we stayed here for an ice fishing weekend. we were able to watch our flags while sitting on the couch. good fishing too. Robert was helpful and friendly and lives a few doors down so if we needed something he was right there but definitely gives you privacy. looking forward to our next visit!

This was truly the greatest experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb. The house is perfect, the property is perfect, the grills had propane, if you do bring a dog the area near the water is really well fenced in. Every single interaction we had with the family was lovely, I’m still in awe of the experience. Sunrise, sunset, fishing by the fire, ping pong downstairs… we’ll be thinking about this trip for a long time.

Amazing location!! Couldn't recommend more if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Connie was very responsive about the one minor hiccup we encountered, and all was sorted out quickly. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Great home, great host! Rick was extremely helpful navigating check in and check out around a snow storm. Extremely responsive. The house is great, new and clean with everything we needed. Great location, 5 minute drive to the mountain. Can’t wait to book again!
