Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cumberland River

The house was perfect for our girls trip. Just outside of Nashville so close enough to go play and still be far enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. Tamonh was responsive and ready to help. We definitely recommend and will stay there again if we are back in the area!

Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. We needed a couple of extra linens and blankets and James brought them to us. He was also proactive in bringing us some (caffeinated)coffee, which we didn't even request but were grateful to have.

The golf club was a beautiful stay for me and my family. The house was peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Joseph is an exceptional great host. Very communicative and accommodating. My family really enjoyed our stay there;)

This place was amazing! perfect for a quick getaway and peaceful surroundings but close enough to downtown knox to do anything you want. definitely would stay here again and highly recommend staying at any of AnneAlyse’s properties!

Great place very clean and kept up

The house was perfect for the number of people. The backyard is big and fun for kids and the seating area is great for adults. We had everything we needed and Don was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and would go back!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Ryan was a great host! He was quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our group! At first the building was a little confusing but Ryan gave super clear instructions which helped us locate the building with ease. The Airbnb was super cute and clean! It’s just like the photos! The location was perfect as it was walkable to everything.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

It was really easy to find due to the directions that were given to us before arrival. There was a book on the counter with places people enjoyed going, take out menus, and reviews of local attractions. The space was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t as private as some of the others we’ve stayed in but it was a nice area.

Terri and Monty were absolutely amazing! They're friendly and they are very polite! They checked and made sure we had everything we need and made sure to say goodbye when we left! I absolutely love their Airbnb and recommend to anyone! It looks beautiful in the pictures and is even better in person!! Very relaxing place!

Everything was exactly as described. Furniture was beautiful, the upstairs bathroom is brand new & GORGEOUS. Very clean.

I highly recommend Little Paradise Cabin if you are looking for somewhere in the mountains and want to be out of town. The views to get there were breathtaking taking. When we arrived at the cabin it was everything pictured. My husband and I are celebrating 20 years together and this was the perfect place. It’s between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had adventures during the day and then we went back and cooked at the cabin and enjoyed movies and the hot tub. Jennifer was very responsive when she was messaged. This was a Little Paradise for us we hated to get back to reality. I am hoping we will make this trip again but stay longer.
