Beautiful apartment on outskirts of city centre

My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

Easy access to everything in Cockermouth from this centrally located place. Visit the Lake District via a short car journey. Free parking space for 1 vehicle right outside front door (please see the photo of parking space) With two comfy king size beds and a twin room there's enough space for the whole family. Walk down by the river just moments from the front door in one direction or if you fancy being more social head out to the many shops and eateries just on the doorstep in the other.

Please note there is quite a steep hill from Bowness to the apartment which may be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.
