The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Apartment (a slightly steep staircase will take you to the 1st floor) large room with 1 double bed, (umbrella bed) 1 sofa, 1 TV, wifi, kitchenette (dishes, coffee maker .micro wave, electric hob. Bathroom ,toilet any business nearby. Parking is 20 metres behind a small monument that is to the right of the apartment (no teleworking). Very busy road. No A/C
