Great stay! The house was spotless, with plenty of space, well tidy and clean. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Julião and the Witch. It was very worth it!

Mr. Georges is Vitória They are extremely helpful, kind, all we need to respond quickly, on the women's day Vitória went to the house to greet us and took a box of chocolate, we were delighted! The house is charming, much better than the photos, a beautiful view, the space integrated with the barbecue, swimming pool and the house are wide, airy! All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this amazing house. In this time we felt already at home. Its a truly amazing place. The location could not be better. Its very central but still feels super local and not super touristic. You can reach everything you need walking. Denise and Andre are very helpful and supportive hosts. We fell in love with this place and will return for sure.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Simply perfect home! Starting with the check-in, which was super fast and agile, Fiorela was very attentive from the first contact! The house is extremely clean, bathrooms smelling, air conditioning working perfectly in the environments. It is worth mentioning that the house is complete! The kitchen contains many utensils in which we use virtually all!!! There are games in which we enjoy! The sea view that the living/kitchen and balcony provides is sensational!!! We love the days we spend in the house, which is cozy, spacious, perfect!! Well Coladinha on the mountain, full of birds and butterflies a quiet 😍 place and full of peace. My dogs loved the garden, the lawn and played the whole time. At the time of leaving, no one wanted to get in the kkkk car I thank you for all the dedicated affection to offer us the greatest possible comfort. We look forward to returning soon! I was with my 2 ½ year old son, my husband and friends, were great days! The house is delicious, we stayed for 4 days, but it would be longer! The location is great, two blocks from the beach, which is great and beautiful, the impeccable cleaning, without the smell of mold, we stay in the front room, very cozy, with space to organize your things. The hosts offer towels, sheets and pillows, this is a differential and makes it very easy, especially because they were clean and smelling (like a hotel). We use well the internal and external space, comfortable sofas, large dining table, in the kitchen we found everything we needed. The heated pool made a difference, we went in April, the weather is no longer so hot at this time, so super helped so that we could enjoy more! Hosts are super attentive and helpful, Mr. Luciano idem, assisted us promptly in what we need. Near the house there is a market, bakery, winery, pharmacy. Anyway, we love it!

Days off, lovely place, amazing view, super space suitable for 3 people, inside a hotel where cleanliness is the breakfast are perfect. Mercia is a super host, exceptional service. I'll definitely stay with her again. Thank you

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

Excellent experience. Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

A very special place, a unique experience! The neighborhood is very unique, with incredible views and experiences! Even in a period where the weather was uncertain, the days were wonderful and the feeling of having a beach at home, there are no comparisons! I recommend it.

Great apartment and location. I go to Caraguá often and Aniete's apartment is one of the best options I've ever been. Aniete is very attentive and concerned about serving the guests well. The announcement is very clear and leaves no doubt. The guardian Adilson is also very attentive. At a next opportunity, I will try again for a reservation of this apartment. I recommend it.

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.
