Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In the town of ETROCHEY in Côte d'Or, the Moulin sur la Seine, equipped with a wellness area with SPA and SAUNA open to nature, is ideally located 6 km from all shops. This mill, from the 18th century, is built on an arm of the Seine. Ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with fireplace and musical piano, bathroom and toilet. Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located on the edge of the Caillotte with a view of the Canal Bridge. Located on the 2nd floor of a building, it consists of two bright and cozy bedrooms, a warm living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. A laundry room on the ground floor consists of a washing machine with a location for your bikes. You access the accommodation with a key box that is located towards the door of the accommodation.
