Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cuxac-d'Aude

Excellent stay, very well equipped house , would have benefited from a guest information booklet, with additional information re restaurants etc. Great property, great location …

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm home The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outdoors even on rainy days! The pool with its small beach at the top , petanque court too, all sheltered from any indiscreet look It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards I recommend it!

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Anna's house was simply outstanding. Full of historic charm and we have never seen such an array of helpful and useful facicilites in what is quite a small house - Anna has thought of everything - and it is all very high quality too. You need to be fit and able to get to the house up the very steep hill - and also to go up and down the three floors of the house, but if that's Ok with you then you will love the location, the style, the comfort and the atmosphere of this gorgeous little house. Highly recommended in every way - it is an absolute gem.

We were hosted very well by Chantal and Marijn. The accommodation is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The communication was easy and Chantal and Marijn are very responsive. We appreciated the size of the garden and the pool where we extended the evening. There is proximity to other accommodations that is to be taken into account for outdoor common parties (barbecue, covered terrace, games, pool, etc.). Have a great weekend!

Spacious accommodation very well equipped and very clean, as described. Above all, it is conveniently located with direct access to the hill between the port and the village. Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for check out time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect place for our short stay with friends. We'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabine.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Kf and bottles of water provided small + very appreciated...The host was very welcoming and available, very good communication. Everything was as advertised, or even better! Good relationship with the host who gave us very accurate information and is very accommodating. the accommodation has a beautiful sea view which is only a 2-minute walk away and the parking space included in the accommodation in the private courtyard of the residence is very convenient because everything is within walking distance. i would recommend this host and their place without hesitation

Very well placed accommodation when looking for proximity to the beach: it is actually beyond the gate, facing one of the bedrooms and the main room of the accommodation. A real luxury, especially off-season, as we did. Our young children enjoyed making sand castles and strolling by the water a stone's throw away. For 5, we found the place to be very well suited. We will come back to test the hot tub next time (it is extra and we did not offer it this time)!

Francine's apartment is very nice and very well located, right next to the beach. Francine is always here to answer our questions and we thank her for the small check-in gifts as well as the basic ingredients. We would recommend this listing!

The location right by the harbor is great and everything looks as described. You just have enough space for two people - we used the additional 2 beds as a shelf. Really cleverly furnished and cozy for the size - it has it all. We were able to have Christmas in the garden in the sun and we also liked the sitting area on the mini terrace.

My children and I had a great stay the accommodation is at the top the ideal location the ideal welcome more than perfect kindness always at the rendezvous I highly recommend thank you to Samantha Christophe and marie jo they are great people we will come back 😘
