The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Bed linen/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. However, you are also welcome to bring your own linens and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per pet.
