Heart of the Falls! Cozy for 2, Spacious for 8

Just one block outside of the official Historic District, this Craftsman style home retains much of the character unique to Cuyahoga Falls. Although updated with modern plumbing, electric, and even central A/C, the house was built in 1910 so please don’t compare her to new construction, there are plenty of old house quirks. Our 5 star ratings are because we give exactly what we promise, not a 5 star hotel but a clean, comfortable “home away from home” when visiting this exceptional area of Ohio.

This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

Enjoy this quaint and quirky ranch home in a peaceful rural setting. Although the floors are not level (seriously, you can feel sloping and slanting) and nature keeps trying to reclaim the landscaping, we work hard to make it super clean and comfy. All the necessities are provided for a great stay. It is also located within walking distance of playgrounds, a movie theater, and the Massillon Rec Center that features an indoor splash pad.
