Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Our small apartment is on the second floor of a charming spa-style house (built in 1906) in a location close to the beach. In the entrance area you will find a small wardrobe. A rather steep staircase leads to the apartment. We have furnished the living room with a cozy sofa, a chest as a coffee table, a chest of drawers for luggage and a flat-screen TV. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season.
