The apartment impresses, among other things, its great location almost directly behind the dyke, only 170 m from the sea and has its own parking space. In 3 minutes you can walk to the promenade and the sea. On cold days, the sauna pampers you and guarantees peace and relaxation.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.
