This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with everything that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating ensure cozy warmth even on cold days. The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows make the "LUNA" "blend in" with its environment. Air conditioning and external curtains protect in high heat and ensure pleasant temperatures.
