Wir, die Familie Klemm, heißen Sie herzlich Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus Schwalbenfelsen in Dahn. Unser Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet für Familien und Freunde. Es liegt komplett ebenerdig, am Waldrand jedoch nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte mit vielen Lokalen, Biergarten und Geschäften. Unser Schwalbennest ist gemütlich mit einem Doppelzimmer und einem Zimmer mit Stockbett ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Empore mit Doppelbett, welche über eine Leiter erklettert wird....

In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The modern, high-quality furnishings of the living room and bathroom invite you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

Your holiday home is located on the top floor of a renovated old building (approx. 80 m²), very bright and completely open. 3 sleeping options on two levels (due to the loft style not in closed rooms). The bathroom is very spacious with shower and A small balcony invites you to relax in the evening at sunset. In 5 minutes you are in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to terrace, yard and garden, there is a barbecue station with large new Rösle gas grill & the barn that can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber framing with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Quiet idyllic apartment

Your vacation in the 45 square meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a double bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.

Bedroom with large box-spring bed. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Individual and very tasteful decor with special unique items. Quiet suburban location, center with all shops and diverse gastronomy 10 minutes walk. Conclusion: beautiful lovingly designed oasis.

Anna's apartment in Dahn

Recreation in Dahn: you will feel comfortable here! Our 70 m² holiday apartment, furnished in summer 2021, is located on the 2nd floor above the health food store and is barrier-free accessible (lift). The key to the apartment can be obtained at the health food store during opening hours. If you arrive outside the opening hours, please let us know and the key will be left in the box (see last picture).

Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Welcome to the House of Happiness – your retreat in the middle of the countryside. Only about 1 km from the centre of Lemberg, a lovingly designed holiday home with a garden sauna awaits you on approx. 120 m² of living space, embedded in the tranquillity of the Palatinate Forest. Up to four people can enjoy a break from everyday life here. Parties, fireworks, etc. are not permitted!!!

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

“Luises kleines Hexenhäuschen” is idyllically nestled on the edge of the forest, at the gateway to the popular excursion region of the Dahner Felsenland in the Southwest Palatinate.
